THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING OUR PORTRAIT SERVICES. Following are ways in which you may be asked to participate in the creation of your portrait.

FIRST,  either provide photos of your subject or arrange for a sitting in the artist's studio.  Please print out this form, fill it out and mail it to the artist with your photos and your first check.  One third of the commisson price is due at this time.  For a Pastel Sketch, the entire amount is due upon the commission of the portrait.

SECOND, Christy will e-mail you a sketch of the proposed painting for your approval. This is your last chance to suggest changes! Second payment should be mailed upon sketch approval.

THIRD, delivery of the finished portrait and final payment.

PAYMENT: One third is due at the commission of the portrait, one third upon approval of the sketch, and one third upon the portrait's completion. The above prices cover artist's cost of supplies and equipment. The price does not include a frame or travel expenses.
